Purpose: Providing you with the tools to succeed at NMC, including understanding our history, mission and values, ensures a successful integration to NMC culture.

Pre-Start
Get started with the onboarding process.

First Day/First Week
Assist orientating the new employee to NMC during their first day and week.

First Month
Assist the new employee through their first month.


3 Months
Assist the new employee through their first three months.

4-6 Months
Help the manager assist the new employee through their first four to six months.

6-12 Months
Help the manager assist the new employee through their first six to twelve months.
